# Xem danh sách các lượt đánh giá của một khách hàng

## **Bước 1: Truy cập màn hình Đánh giá dịch vụ**

* Trên thanh điều hướng bên trái, nhấp vào mục "Đánh giá".

## **Bước 2: Tìm kiếm và chọn khách hàng**

1. **Tìm kiếm khách hàng:**

   * Sử dụng thanh tìm kiếm, nhập tên hoặc số điện thoại của khách hàng để tìm kiếm đánh giá liên quan.

2. **Nhấn vào tên khách hàng:**

   * Trong danh sách kết quả tìm kiếm, nhấn vào tên của khách hàng mà bạn muốn xem chi tiết các lượt đánh giá của khách hàng đó.

## **Bước 3: Xem danh sách các lượt đánh giá**

1. **Hiển thị pop-up chi tiết khách hàng:**

   * Sau khi nhấn vào tên khách hàng, một pop-up chi tiết thông tin khách hàng sẽ hiển thị.
   * Mặc định, tab "Đánh giá" sẽ được mở ra.

2. **Xem các lượt đánh giá:**
   * Trong tab "Đánh giá", danh sách các lượt đánh giá của khách hàng đó sẽ được hiển thị.
   * Các thông tin bao gồm tên khách hàng, mã lượt đến, chi nhánh, loại dịch vụ, loại đánh giá, nhân viên được đánh giá, mức độ hài lòng, ghi chú và thời gian gửi.
