# Xem danh sách các lượt đánh giá của một khách hàng

## **Bước 1: Truy cập màn hình Đánh giá dịch vụ**

* Trên thanh điều hướng bên trái, nhấp vào mục "Đánh giá".

## **Bước 2: Tìm kiếm và chọn nhân viên**

1. **Tìm kiếm nhân viên:**
   * Trong danh sách kết quả đánh giá, tìm tên của nhân viên mà bạn muốn xem chi tiết các lượt đánh giá.
   * Hoặc bạn có thể sử dụng bộ lọc để tìm kiếm.
2. **Nhấn vào tên nhân viên:**

   * Nhấn vào tên của nhân viên mà bạn muốn xem chi tiết các lượt đánh giá.

**Bước 3: Xem danh sách các lượt đánh giá**

1. **Hiển thị pop-up chi tiết nhân viên:**

   * Sau khi nhấn vào tên nhân viên, một pop-up chi tiết thông tin nhân viên sẽ hiển thị.

   * **Số sao ở đầu:** Là trung bình tổng số sao trong các lượt đánh giá mà nhân viên đã nhận được.
   * **Số lượt đánh giá:** Hiển thị tổng số lượt đánh giá mà nhân viên đã nhận được.
2. **Lọc kết quả đánh giá:**
   * Bạn có thể lọc các lượt đánh giá bằng cách chọn các tùy chọn như chi nhánh, thời gian gửi, mức độ hài lòng.
   * Khi bạn lọc kết quả đánh giá, số sao ở đầu và số lượt đánh giá cũng sẽ thay đổi theo bộ lọc.
3. **Xóa bộ lọc:**

   * Nếu bạn muốn xóa các bộ lọc đã chọn, nhấn vào dấu "x" bên cạnh bộ lọc để xóa.
