# Hủy hẹn

Tính năng hủy hẹn trong phần mềm O2 Skin cho phép quản trị viên và nhân viên dễ dàng hủy bỏ lịch hẹn khi có yêu cầu từ khách hàng hoặc khi có các thay đổi không thể tránh khỏi. Việc hủy hẹn được thực hiện nhanh chóng và chính xác, giúp cập nhật trạng thái lịch hẹn kịp thời và quản lý lịch làm việc hiệu quả.

## **Cách sử dụng tính năng hủy hẹn:**

### **Bước 1: Truy cập danh sách lịch hẹn**:

* Mở phần mềm O2 Skin và vào mục quản lý lịch hẹn.

### **Bước 2: Chọn lịch hẹn cần hủy**:

* Tìm kiếm lịch hẹn cần hủy trong danh sách các lịch hẹn.
* Nhấn vào biểu tượng ba chấm (...) bên cạnh lịch hẹn cần hủy.

### **Bước 3: Hủy lịch hẹn**:

* Chọn nút **"Hủy"** từ menu xuất hiện.
* Xác nhận hành động hủy hẹn bằng cách nhấn nút **"Xác nhận"** trong hộp thoại xác nhận hủy.
