# Sửa lịch hẹn

Tính năng sửa lịch hẹn trong phần mềm O2 Skin cho phép quản trị viên và nhân viên chỉnh sửa các thông tin của lịch hẹn đã được đặt. Điều này giúp cập nhật và điều chỉnh lịch hẹn phù hợp với thay đổi của khách hàng hoặc phòng khám. Dưới đây là các bước chi tiết để sử dụng tính năng này:

### **Bước 1: Truy cập danh sách lịch hẹn**:

* Mở phần mềm O2 Skin và truy cập vào danh sách các lịch hẹn đã được đặt.

### **Bước 2: Chọn lịch hẹn cần sửa**:

* Tìm kiếm lịch hẹn cần sửa trong danh sách.
* Nhấn vào biểu tượng ba chấm (...) bên cạnh lịch hẹn cần chỉnh sửa.
* Chọn nút **"Sửa"** từ menu xuất hiện.

### **Bước 3: Chỉnh sửa thông tin lịch hẹn**:

* **Khách hàng**: Ô thông tin khách hàng sẽ bị vô hiệu hóa (disable) và không thể thay đổi.
* **Chi nhánh**: Có thể thay đổi chi nhánh nếu cần.
* **Loại dịch vụ**: Có thể thay đổi loại dịch vụ. Sau khi thay đổi loại dịch vụ, chức danh tương ứng sẽ được hiển thị lại.
* **Nhân viên cụ thể (nếu cần)**: Có thể thay đổi hoặc chọn nhân viên cụ thể để thực hiện dịch vụ.
* **Ngày đặt hẹn**: Có thể thay đổi ngày đặt hẹn.
* **Khung giờ đặt hẹn khả dụng**: Có thể chọn lại khung giờ phù hợp từ danh sách các khung giờ khả dụng.

### **Bước 4: Lưu chỉnh sửa**:

* Nhấn nút **"Lưu"** để hoàn tất việc chỉnh sửa lịch hẹn.
