# Trạng thái của lịch hẹn

## Các Trạng thái của Lịch hẹn

Trong phần mềm O2 Skin, mỗi lịch hẹn có thể có một trong bốn trạng thái sau, giúp quản lý và theo dõi lịch hẹn dễ dàng và hiệu quả:

1. **Chưa đến hẹn**:
   * **Điều kiện**: Thời gian hiện tại so với giờ kết thúc của khung giờ đặt hẹn là chưa đến.
   * **Hành động khả dụng**: Lịch hẹn ở trạng thái này có thể được hủy hoặc sửa đổi.
   * **Ý nghĩa**: Lịch hẹn vẫn còn hiệu lực và chưa đến thời gian hẹn.
2. **Trễ hẹn**:
   * **Điều kiện**: Thời gian hiện tại đã vượt qua giờ kết thúc của khung giờ đặt hẹn.
   * **Hành động khả dụng**: Lịch hẹn ở trạng thái này có thể được hủy hoặc sửa đổi.
   * **Ý nghĩa**: Khách hàng đã trễ so với lịch hẹn ban đầu.
3. **Hủy hẹn**:
   * **Điều kiện**: Lịch hẹn đã bị hủy bởi người dùng hoặc quản trị viên thông qua thao tác hủy lịch.
   * **Hành động khả dụng**: Lịch hẹn ở trạng thái này không thể được phục hồi, nhưng có thể được xem lại trong lịch sử.
   * **Ý nghĩa**: Lịch hẹn đã bị hủy bỏ và không còn hiệu lực.
4. **Đã đến**:
   * **Điều kiện**: Khách hàng đã đến và thực hiện lượt khám được liên kết với lịch hẹn.
   * **Hành động khả dụng**: Lịch hẹn ở trạng thái này không thể được chỉnh sửa hoặc hủy.
   * **Ý nghĩa**: Lịch hẹn đã được hoàn tất, và khách hàng đã được phục vụ theo đúng lịch trình.
