# Hướng dẫn sử dụng tính năng in phiếu thanh toán

**Lưu ý:**

* Chỉ có thể in phiếu thanh toán cho đơn hàng khi trạng thái đơn hàng là "Đã thanh toán".

Dưới đây là các bước cụ thể để thực hiện việc in phiếu thanh toán:

## Bước 1: Truy cập màn hình Đơn bán hàng

* Từ menu chính bên trái, chọn mục **Đơn hàng**.
* Trong phần Đơn hàng, chọn **Đơn bán hàng**.

## Bước 2: Chọn đơn hàng cần in phiếu thanh toán

* Trong danh sách đơn bán hàng, tìm đơn hàng bạn muốn in phiếu thanh toán.
* Nhấp vào biểu tượng ba chấm ở cuối hàng của đơn hàng bạn muốn in phiếu.
* Từ menu thả xuống, chọn tùy chọn **In phiếu thanh toán**.

## Bước 3: Xác nhận và in phiếu thanh toán

* Một cửa sổ In sẽ xuất hiện
* Kiểm tra thông tin hiển thị trên phiếu thanh toán để đảm bảo tính chính xác.
* Chọn **Destination** là máy in hoặc **Save as PDF** nếu muốn lưu thành file PDF.
* Nhấp vào **Print** để tiến hành in phiếu thanh toán hoặc **Save** nếu lưu dưới dạng PDF.
* Nếu bạn không muốn in phiếu, nhấp vào **Cancel**.

Bằng cách làm theo các bước cụ thể này, người dùng có thể dễ dàng in phiếu thanh toán cho đơn hàng một cách chính xác và nhanh chóng trên hệ thống O2 SKIN.
