# Hướng dẫn sử dụng tính năng trả đơn hàng/ trả đơn hàng kết hợp nhập kho

**Lưu ý:**

* Chỉ có thể trả đơn hàng/ trả đơn hàng kết hợp nhập kho khi trạng thái đơn hàng là "Đã xuất kho".

Dưới đây là các bước hướng dẫn chi tiết để bạn thực hiện việc trả hàng:

## Bước 1: Truy cập màn hình Đơn bán hàng

* Từ menu chính bên trái, chọn mục **Đơn hàng**.
* Trong phần Đơn hàng, chọn **Đơn bán hàng**.

## Bước 2: Chọn đơn hàng cần trả hàng

* Trong danh sách đơn bán hàng, tìm đơn hàng bạn muốn trả hàng.
* Nhấn vào biểu tượng ba chấm (...) ở phía bên phải của đơn hàng cần trả.
* Chọn **Tạo đơn trả hàng/ Tạo đơn trả hàng kết hợp nhập kho** từ menu hiện ra.

* Hệ thống sẽ tự động điền mã của đơn hàng bạn đã chọn.

Bằng cách làm theo các bước cụ thể này, bạn có thể dễ dàng thực hiện việc trả hàng hoặc trả hàng kết hợp nhập kho một cách chính xác và hiệu quả trên hệ thống O2 SKIN.
