# Hướng dẫn sử dụng tính năng huỷ đơn trả hàng

**Lưu ý:**

* Chỉ có thể hủy đơn trả hàng khi trạng thái đơn hàng là "Mới".

Dưới đây là các bước cụ thể để thực hiện việc hủy đơn trả hàng:

## **Bước 1: Truy cập màn hình Đơn trả hàng**

* Từ menu chính bên trái, chọn mục **Đơn hàng**.
* Trong phần **Đơn hàng**, chọn **Đơn trả hàng**.

## **Bước 2: Chọn đơn trả hàng cần hủy**

* Trong danh sách **Đơn trả hàng**, tìm đơn trả hàng bạn muốn hủy.
* **Lưu ý**: Chỉ có thể hủy đơn trả hàng nếu trạng thái là "Mới".
* Nhấp vào biểu tượng ba chấm ở cuối hàng của đơn trả hàng bạn muốn hủy.
* Chọn tùy chọn **Hủy đơn** từ menu thả xuống.

Sau khi hủy đơn trả hàng, hệ thống sẽ tự động cập nhật trạng thái của đơn trả hàng sang "Hủy".

Bằng cách làm theo các bước cụ thể này, người dùng có thể dễ dàng thực hiện việc hủy đơn trả hàng một cách chính xác và hiệu quả trên hệ thống O2 SKIN.
