# Tạo nhóm khách hàng mới

## **Bước 1: Truy cập màn hình Cài đặt nhóm khách hàng**

* Trên thanh điều hướng bên trái, nhấp vào mục "Khách hàng".
* Chọn **Khách hàng.**

* Chọn **Cài đặt** ở góc trên bên phải màn hình.

* Chọn tab **Nhóm khách hàng**.

## **Bước 2: Tạo nhóm khách hàng mới**

1. **Nhấn vào nút "Tạo nhóm khách hàng":**

   * Trên màn hình quản lý nhóm khách hàng, nhấn vào nút "Tạo nhóm khách hàng" ở góc trên bên phải.

2. **Điền thông tin nhóm khách hàng:**

   * Một biểu mẫu "Tạo nhóm khách hàng" sẽ hiển thị.

   * Điền các thông tin cần thiết cho nhóm khách hàng:
     * **Tên nhóm khách hàng:** Nhập tên của nhóm khách hàng vào ô tương ứng. Đây là trường bắt buộc (\*).
     * **Màu nền:** Chọn màu nền để dễ dàng phân biệt các nhóm khách hàng. Bạn có thể chọn một trong các màu sắc được cung cấp để hiển thị màu hạng thẻ trong hệ thống.
     * **Trạng thái:** Chọn trạng thái hoạt động của nhóm khách hàng. Mặc định là bật.

## **Bước 3: Nhấn "Lưu" để hoàn tất:**

* Sau khi điền đầy đủ các thông tin, nhấn vào nút "Lưu" để tạo nhóm khách hàng mới.
  * Lưu ý: Hệ thống chỉ cho phép tạo nhóm khách hàng mới khi bạn đã điền trường thông tin bắt buộc.
* Nhóm khách hàng mới sẽ được thêm vào danh sách nhóm khách hàng hiện có.
