# Hủy phiếu

### Lưu Ý:

* Chỉ có thể hủy phiếu chuyển kho khi trạng thái phiếu là "Mới".

Dưới đây là hướng dẫn chia thành các bước cụ thể để người dùng dễ dàng thực hiện việc hủy phiếu chuyển hàng giữa các kho:

### **Bước 1: Truy cập màn hình Chuyển hàng giữa các kho**

* Từ menu chính bên trái, chọn mục **Quản lý kho**.
* Trong phần Quản lý kho, chọn **Chuyển hàng giữa các kho**.

### **Bước 2: Chọn Phiếu Chuyển Hàng Cần Hủy**

* Trong danh sách phiếu chuyển hàng giữa các kho, tìm phiếu bạn muốn huỷ. **Lưu ý:** Chỉ có thể hủy phiếu nếu trạng thái là "Mới".
* Nhấp vào biểu tượng ba chấm (...) ở cuối hàng của phiếu chuyển hàng bạn muốn hủy.
* Chọn tùy chọn **Hủy** từ menu thả xuống.

### **Bước 3: Xác Nhận Hủy Phiếu**

* Một cửa sổ pop-up sẽ xuất hiện với thông báo: "Xác nhận hủy phiếu chuyển hàng giữa các kho" cùng với hai tùy chọn **Hủy** và **Xác nhận**.

  * Nhấp vào **Xác nhận** để tiến hành hủy phiếu.
  * Nếu bạn không muốn hủy phiếu, nhấp vào **Hủy**.

Sau khi xác nhận hủy, hệ thống sẽ tự động cập nhật trạng thái trên phiếu chuyển hàng giữa các kho sang "Hủy". Đồng thời, trạng thái trên phiếu yêu cầu xuất kho cũng sẽ tự động cập nhật sang "Hủy".

Bằng cách làm theo các bước cụ thể này, người dùng có thể dễ dàng thực hiện việc hủy phiếu chuyển hàng giữa các kho một cách chính xác và hiệu quả.
