# Cấu hình hàng chờ

Cấu hình hàng chờ giúp bạn thiết lập các cài đặt chung về loại hàng chờ, hàng chờ và lượt khám ưu tiên trên phần Phòng khám. Khi lần đầu tiên sử dụng phần Phòng khám, bạn cần thực hiện các bước cấu hình sau:

## **1. Cấu hình loại hàng chờ**:

Loại hàng chờ sẽ bao gồm nhiều hàng chờ khác nhau. Loại hàng chờ sẽ được cài đặt chung cho tất cả các chi nhánh. Ví dụ, loại hàng chờ khám bác sĩ có thể bao gồm:

* Khám bác sĩ tầng 1
* Khám bác sĩ tầng 2
* Khám bác sĩ tầng 3

## **2. Cấu hình hàng chờ**:

Thiết lập các hàng chờ cụ thể dựa trên loại hàng chờ đã định nghĩa. Hàng chờ sẽ được thiết lập theo chi nhánh.

## **3. Cấu hình lượt khám ưu tiên**:

Lượt khám là lượt đến có hồ sơ bệnh án. Khi khách hàng có lượt khám thuộc diện ưu tiên, họ sẽ nhận được những ưu tiên nhất định theo quy định của phòng khám. Lượt khám ưu tiên sẽ được cài đặt chung cho tất cả các chi nhánh.

Việc cấu hình này giúp đảm bảo quá trình khám bệnh diễn ra suôn sẻ và hiệu quả.
