# Hướng dẫn sử dụng tính năng in phiếu thu thập thông tin

Tính năng in phiếu thu thập thông tin giúp bạn ghi nhận và in ấn các thông tin quan trọng của khách hàng khi họ đến khám bệnh hoặc sử dụng dịch vụ tại phòng khám. Dưới đây là các bước hướng dẫn chi tiết để bạn thực hiện:

## Bước 1: Truy cập màn hình Điều phối

* Truy cập vào mục **Phòng khám** trên thanh điều hướng bên trái.
* Chọn **Điều phối**. Mặc định ở tab **Chờ tiếp đón.**

## Bước 2: Chọn lượt đến

* Tìm lượt đến của khách hàng mà bạn muốn in phiếu thu thập thông tin trong danh sách hàng chờ hoặc sử dụng thanh tìm kiếm **Tìm kiếm tên hoặc SĐT khách hàng** ở trên cùng để tìm kiếm lượt đến theo tên hoặc số điện thoại khách hàng.

* Nhấn vào biểu tượng ba chấm bên phải lượt đến để mở menu tùy chọn.

## Bước 3: In phiếu thu thập thông tin

* Chọn **In phiếu thu thập thông tin** từ menu tùy chọn.

## Bước 4: Xác nhận và in phiếu thu thập thông tin

* Một cửa sổ In sẽ xuất hiện
* Kiểm tra thông tin hiển thị trên phiếu thu thập thông tin để đảm bảo tính chính xác.
* Chọn **Destination** là máy in hoặc **Save as PDF** nếu muốn lưu thành file PDF.
* Nhấp vào **Print** để tiến hành in phiếu thu thập thông tin hoặc **Save** nếu lưu dưới dạng PDF.
* Nếu bạn không muốn in phiếu, nhấp vào **Cancel**.

Với các bước hướng dẫn trên, bạn sẽ dễ dàng sử dụng tính năng in phiếu thu thập thông tin, giúp quá trình ghi nhận và quản lý thông tin khách hàng diễn ra nhanh chóng và hiệu quả hơn.
