# Hướng dẫn sử dụng tính năng xem lịch sử khám của 1 khách hàng

Tính năng xem lịch sử khám của khách hàng cho phép bạn dễ dàng theo dõi và quản lý các lần khám bệnh của khách hàng. Để sử dụng tính năng này, bạn cần thực hiện các bước sau:

## Bước 1: Truy cập màn hình Điều phối

* Truy cập vào mục **Phòng khám** trên thanh điều hướng bên trái.
* Chọn **Điều phối**. Mặc định ở tab **Chờ tiếp đón.**

## **Bước 2: Chọn khách hàng**

* Tìm kiếm khách hàng bằng cách nhập tên hoặc số điện thoại của khách hàng vào ô tìm kiếm.

* Nhấp vào tên khách hàng xuất hiện trong danh sách hàng chờ để mở thông tin chi tiết.

## **Bước 3: Xem lịch sử đến**

* Sau khi nhấp vào tên khách hàng, hệ thống sẽ hiển thị thông tin chi tiết của khách hàng. Mặc định ở tab **Lượt đến**.

* Trong tab **Lượt đến**, bạn sẽ thấy danh sách các lượt đến của khách hàng. Lượt khám là lượt đến có trường **Bác sĩ** không để trống.
