# Hướng dẫn sử dụng tính năng xoá lượt đến

Tính năng xóa lượt đến giúp bạn quản lý các lượt đến của khách hàng một cách linh hoạt bằng cách loại bỏ các lượt đến không cần thiết hoặc không còn chính xác. Dưới đây là các bước hướng dẫn chi tiết để sử dụng tính năng này:

## Bước 1: Truy cập màn hình Điều phối

* Truy cập vào mục **Phòng khám** trên thanh điều hướng bên trái.
* Chọn **Điều phối**. Mặc định ở tab **Chờ tiếp đón.**

## **Bước 2: Tìm kiếm khách hàng**

* Tìm khách hàng cần xóa lượt đến bằng cách tìm kiếm theo tên hoặc số điện thoại trong danh sách các lượt đến.

* Khi đã tìm thấy khách hàng, nhấn vào biểu tượng ba chấm bên phải lượt đến để mở menu tùy chọn.

## **Bước 3: Mở tùy chọn xóa lượt đến**

* Từ menu tùy chọn, chọn **Xóa lượt đến** để bắt đầu quá trình xóa lượt đến của khách hàng.

## **Bước 4: Xác nhận xóa lượt đến**

* Hệ thống sẽ hiển thị một thông báo xác nhận xoá lượt đến.

* Nhấn **Xác nhận** để hoàn thành quá trình xóa lượt đến.

Sau khi xóa lượt đến thành công, hệ thống sẽ hiển thị thông báo "Xóa lượt đến thành công".

Với các bước hướng dẫn trên, bạn có thể dễ dàng xóa và quản lý các lượt đến của khách hàng, giúp quá trình điều phối và quản lý khách hàng hiệu quả hơn.
