# Xem hồ sơ bệnh án của khách hàng

Bạn có thể xem hồ sơ bệnh án của khách hàng từ những lượt khám trước bằng cách thực hiện các tao thác sau:

## Bước 1: Truy cập màn hình Hàng chờ của tôi

* Truy cập vào mục **Phòng khám** trên thanh điều hướng bên trái.
* Chọn **Hàng chờ của tôi**.

## Bước 2: Chuyển khách hàng vào tiếp đón

* Trong giao diện "Hàng chờ của tôi", chọn lượt đến của khách hàng mà bạn muốn tiếp đón.
* Nhấn vào button "Chuyển vào tiếp đón".

## Bước 3: Mở Hồ sơ bệnh án

* Sau khi chuyển khách hàng vào tiếp đón, giao diện sẽ hiển thị thông tin cơ bản của khách hàng.
* Nhấn vào button "Hồ sơ bệnh án" để mở hồ sơ bệnh án của khách hàng.

## Bước 4: Xem hồ sơ bệnh án của khách hàng trong những lượt khám trước/ lượt khám hiện tại

* Tại mục "Lịch sử đến", bạn sẽ thấy danh sách các lượt đến của khách hàng.
* Chọn các lượt đến có tên bác sĩ để xem chi tiết hồ sơ bệnh án của những lượt khám trước/ lượt khám hiện tại, bao gồm các thông tin như triệu chứng, chẩn đoán, và toa thuốc đã được kê.
