# Xem phiếu thu thập thông tin

## Bước 1: Truy cập màn hình Hàng chờ của tôi

* Truy cập vào mục **Phòng khám** trên thanh điều hướng bên trái.
* Chọn **Hàng chờ của tôi**.

## Bước 2: Chuyển khách hàng vào tiếp đón

* Trong giao diện "Hàng chờ của tôi", chọn lượt đến của khách hàng mà bạn muốn tiếp đón.
* Nhấn vào button "Chuyển vào tiếp đón".

## Bước 3: Mở Phiếu thu thập thông tin

* Sau khi chuyển khách hàng vào tiếp đón, giao diện sẽ hiển thị thông tin cơ bản của khách hàng.
* Nhấn vào button "Hồ sơ bệnh án" để mở hồ sơ bệnh án của khách hàng.

* Mặc định là tab Hồ sơ bệnh án, sau đó bạn chuyển sang tab "Phiếu thu thập thông tin".

## Bước 4: Xem phiếu thu thập thông tin của khách hàng trong những lượt đến trước/ lượt đến hiện tại

* Tại mục "Lịch sử đến", bạn sẽ thấy danh sách các lượt đến của khách hàng.
* Chọn các lượt đến để xem chi tiết phiếu thu thập thông tin của những lượt đến trước/ lượt đến hiện tại.
