# Xem ví dịch vụ của khách hàng

**Lưu ý:** Bạn cần chú ý chọn chi nhánh trước.

## Bước 1: Truy cập màn hình Điều phối

* Truy cập vào mục **Phòng khám** trên thanh điều hướng bên trái.
* Chọn **Điều phối**. Mặc định ở tab **Chờ tiếp đón.**

## Bước 2: Tìm kiếm khách hàng

Sử dụng ô tìm kiếm để tìm khách hàng theo tên hoặc số điện thoại trong danh sách các lượt đến.

## Bước 3: Chọn khách hàng

Khi bạn đã tìm thấy khách hàng, nhấn vào tên của khách hàng. Một pop-up sẽ hiện ra (mặc định là tab Lượt đến).

## Bước 4: Chọn tab Ví dịch vụ

Trong pop-up, chọn tab "Ví dịch vụ" để xem thông tin chi tiết về ví dịch vụ của khách hàng.

Trong ví dịch vụ, bạn có thể xem các thông tin sau:

#### Combo dịch vụ (X)

* Tổng số combo dịch vụ của khách hàng.

* Tên combo, các dịch vụ trong combo và số lượng còn lại của từng dịch vụ lẻ.

  * Để xem các dịch vụ trong combo, bạn nhấn vào biểu tượng thả xuống ở phía đầu dòng combo.

* Ngày mua combo và ghi chú liên quan.

#### Dịch vụ đơn (X)

* Tổng số dịch vụ đơn của khách hàng.

* Tên dịch vụ đơn, số lượng còn lại, ngày mua và ghi chú theo từng dịch vụ.
