# Tải xuống danh sách nhân viên
Chức năng tải xuống danh sách nhân viên dưới dạng file Excel giúp bạn lưu trữ thông tin nhân viên và hỗ trợ cập nhật dữ liệu dễ dàng. Dưới đây là các bước hướng dẫn cụ thể:
* Bước 1: Bạn vào **Nhân viên**, chọn **Nhân viên** và nhấn nút **Tải xuống.**
File sẽ tự động được lưu vào thư mục mặc định trên máy tính của bạn, thường là thư mục **Downloads** (Tải xuống).
