# Xem danh sách nhân viên

Để xem toàn bộ nhân viên trong công ty, bạn có thể theo dõi trong mục **Danh sách nhân viên** theo các bước sau:

## **Bước 1: Truy cập màn hình nhân viên**

Truy cập vào phần mềm, chọn **Nhân viên > Nhân viên**.

Tại đây, bạn sẽ thấy danh sách tất cả nhân viên cùng các thông tin cơ bản như tên, số điện thoại, mã nhân viên, chức danh, phòng ban, chi nhánh, kho, nhóm quyền và trạng thái làm việc.

## **Bước 2: Xem danh sách nhân viên**

Giao diện danh sách hiện ra, bạn có thể:

**Xem các thông tin nhân viên:**

\- Tên nhân viên

\- Số điện thoại

\- Mã nhân viên

\- Chức danh

\- Phòng ban

\- Chi nhánh

\- Kho

\- Nhóm quyền

\- Trạng thái

## **Bước 3: Thực hiện các thao tác tìm kiếm**

\- Bạn có thể tìm kiếm nhân viên bằng cách nhập tên hoặc số điện thoại vào thanh tìm kiếm phía trên danh sách.

\- Xuất file excel danh sách nhân viên.
