# Quên mật khẩu

## **1. Hướng dẫn sử dụng tính năng "Quên mật khẩu"**

### **Bước 1: Truy cập website**

Mở trình duyệt web và truy cập vào địa chỉ: [o2skin.asia](http://o2skin.asia).

### **Bước 2: Chọn tính năng quên mật khẩu**

Tại trang đăng nhập, nhấn vào liên kết **"Quên mật khẩu"**.

### **Bước 3: Nhập số điện thoại**

Nhập số điện thoại mà bạn đã đăng ký với hệ thống vào ô tương ứng, sau đó nhấn nút **"Gửi mã OTP"**.

### **Bước 4: Nhập mã OTP**

* Kiểm tra tin nhắn SMS trên điện thoại của bạn để nhận mã OTP gồm 4 số.
* Nhập mã OTP này vào ô tương ứng trên trang web. Nếu không nhận được mã OTP, bạn có thể nhấn nút **"Gửi lại"** để hệ thống gửi lại mã mới.

### **Bước 5: Xác nhận mã OTP**

Sau khi nhập mã OTP, nhấn nút **"Xác nhận"**.

### **Bước 6: Đặt lại mật khẩu mới**

* Nhập mật khẩu mới của bạn vào ô tương ứng.
* Nhập lại mật khẩu mới để xác nhận.
* Nhấn nút **"Lưu"** để hoàn tất quá trình đặt lại mật khẩu.

### **Bước 7: Đăng nhập với mật khẩu mới**

Sau khi hoàn tất các bước trên, bạn có thể quay lại trang đăng nhập và sử dụng mật khẩu mới để đăng nhập vào hệ thống.
